At Majestic Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair care products that help you look and feel your best. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Processing Time
 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: During sales, new product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on the method selected at checkout and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Pick Up In Store: 1 business day

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected delivery method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our email list for updates!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Majestic Beauty is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@majesticbeauty.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but once a package is in transit, we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, Majestic Beauty only ships within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the near future!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Hair bundles must remain unworn, uncut, and unaltered (no dye, wash, or install)

  • Oils and other hair care products must be sealed and unopened

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopsmb.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item(s) if applicable

Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Send an email to support@shopsmb.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Opened or used hair care products

  • Hair that has been altered, installed, washed, or damaged due to improper handling

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in fulfillment.
